WTWH Media (www.wtwhmedia.com) is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR is the first point of contact with our Engineering Digital Media customers and supports our sales team daily in servicing those customers. The CSR is responsible for project managing our customers’ print and digital advertising campaigns from material collection through to approvals and final metrics reporting. Sharp attention to detail and strong communication and organizational skills are a must.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years customer service experience in an agency or media environment
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects, solve problems, and consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Superior attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as a part of a team
  • High-level of computer proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, email marketing, online advertising and content management systems a plu

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with customers and sales reps to collect advertising materials across the entire product line and brands
  • Schedule and manage all print and digital deployments, including newsletters, eblasts, custom content, etc.
  • Check customer requirements and process orders, ensuring accurate information with every step
  • Manage internal and external digital production communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables between clients and the production team
  • Manage resources, assignments and production schedule for each digital project
  • Provide reporting on digital products to customers
  • Update Salesforce for date changes to client campaigns
  • Participate in weekly production meetings
  • Continue to learn numerous internal and third-party systems
