What does EXPERTS & TALENTS offer:

• Working hours Mon. - Fri. between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. - no weekend work
• Part-time work from 25 hours per week is possible, day shifts are also possible by arrangement.
• You will receive comprehensive full-time training and will always have a competent contact person at your side.
• After the initial training period, you have the option of working from home on a part-time basis.

Your tasks:

They answer customer inquiries by phone in the fund banking division (inbound only/no sales)

You then enter the information into complex programs.

If you are familiar with the work process, there is the possibility of completing further training in the area of ​​administrative work.

Your profile:

• They bring initial professional experience in the commercial sector.
• Prior experience in the insurance or banking sector would be desirable.
• You are confident in using common PC application programs.
• They also possess good to very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• A service-oriented and competent approach to work is a matter of course for you.
