What You’ll Do: 

• Actively source and recruit new support workers based on specific client jobs and care requirements. 
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls (80+ per day) to engage prospective workers, discuss opportunities and bring them onto the CareVicinity platform. 
• Use a range of sourcing channels to find suitable workers and build a pipeline for current and upcoming client needs. 
• Work closely with the team to understand each job and identify the right workers to fulfil it. 
• Follow up with prospective workers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process to keep jobs moving. 
• Support clients with platform navigation, enquiries and day-to-day assistance across phone, email and chat. 
• Work closely with Compliance and Accounts to help get new workers ready to provide services. 
• Keep client, worker and job information accurate and up to date across our systems.
