We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will handle the following: Providing information to the customers, regarding import/export issues. Handling customer inquiries (emails, phone calls). Working with various programs. Working globally with internal & external interfaces (e.g. different units, agencies, agents & etc.). Requirements You'll need to have: Academic education (B.A). Control of office tools, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). High proficiency in English Experience in the Customer Service field
