This is a remote position. Job Details: 22-24 hours per week Possible overtime hours if needed Friday and Saturday - 9 AM to 5 PM ET with a 30 minute PAID break Tuesday and Wednesday - 3 AM to 6 PM ET - you only work 3-4 hours for these 2 days Responsibilities: Receive requests from families needing last-minute backup child or elder care and book the service Communicate with families to gather details about care needs Coordinate with a network of backup care providers to arrange care Follow up with families and providers to confirm care arrangements Answer general customer inquiries about the care service Calendar coordination Requirements 2+ years of general customer service experience Strong communication skills, written and verbal Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Experience with scheduling/calendar management Familiarity with child care and/or elder care industries a plus Independent Contractor Perks Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_28048_JOB
