Hotel Direct is a busy tour operator based in the centre of Truro. Specialising in theatre and rail breaks, Hotel Direct not only places bookings for members of the public, but also works with a large number of UK travel agents, securing breaks for their customers.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our small team. The job role includes speaking to customers and travel agents over the phone along with administration duties. An engaging personality and confident telephone manner are essential, strong keyboard and computer skills are also needed along with great organisational skills.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Starting salary £24,000 per annum.
