As an Owner Reservations Specialist, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist owners with reservations and account inquiries, and ensure a 5-star experience with every interaction. After your first 90 days on-site, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home! What You’ll Do Answer and manage incoming and outgoing calls from Westgate Resort owners. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries quickly and professionally. Assist owners in booking, canceling, and modifying reservations. Explain timeshare ownership benefits, account details, and vacation options. Process external exchange requests and offer Vacation Guard Travel Protection. Maintain accurate records and meet performance metrics for quality and efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree GED. Follow instructions without close supervision. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Excellent communication, listening, and multitasking skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for customer satisfaction. Ability to work weekends and holidays. Must pass a background check and drug screening. (Bilingual English/Spanish preferred – additional pay available!) Additional Information Why Westgate?
