ABOUT US

CoraCreaCrafts is a creative stationery brand with a vintage twist, inspiring creativity through beautifully designed, themed products. We’re passionate about storytelling through our stationery and building a thriving, engaged community around our brand. We’re now opening a brick and mortar store and are looking for a dynamic Customer Service & Store Supervisor to provide excellent service to both our online and in person community.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ideally 1+ year experience in retail, e-commerce, and customer service.
  • Proven ability to enhance customer experience.
  • Comfortable with Shopify, Gmail, Google Docs, and POS systems. Must know how to use Google Sheets and Excel+.
  • Must be able to use basic formulas and have basic analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Bonus: A passion for scrapbooking, journaling, crafting, and vintage products, someone who loves our niche and community.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is vital for providing excellent customer service both online and in-store, supporting shop sales operations, and assisting with event coordination. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face for customers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping to create a welcoming atmosphere in the store. You will work closely with warehouse and marketing teams to maintain high product quality and seamless order processing.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate regularly with CEO, Marketing Team, and warehouse teams to resolve marketing or operational issues.
