Job Description:  This position is a 3-6 month temporary opportunity, responsible for completing RMA (Returned Material Authorization) receiving, including warranty and credit RMA’s. Assists the customers as required to complete all requests, orders, and questions in a timely and efficient manner.    Location: Newport News, VA (onsite) Duties: •    Create RMA’s into the Salesforce/ Rootstock data system •    Send customer’s RMA instructions •    Receive RMA’s into the Salesforce/ Rootstock system •    Process RMA Cases •    Warranty Policy Review for Charged and No Charge RMA orders •    Create quotes for Repairs •    Create quotes for orders •    Contact customers for PO’s and other information needed for RMA processing •    Create Shipping Return Labels •    Enter RMA orders •    Assist with RMA inventory •    Document instructions for performing the above-mentioned duties Skills/ Qualifications:  •    Excellent Customer Service skills •    Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills •    Ability to lift and move boxes or materials weighing up to 25 lbs. •    Ability to manage multiple tasks and be flexible in a face-paced environment. •    Well-organized structured approach to managing, prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks. •    High school Diploma or equivalent •    Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams knowledge •    Operation of basic measuring devices.
Responsibilities
This temporary role is responsible for managing the entire RMA (Returned Material Authorization) receiving process, including handling warranty and credit returns. The coordinator must assist customers efficiently with requests, orders, and general inquiries.
