The Part Time Customer Service Returns Specialist is responsible for processing returns received back to Lancaster Archery on a daily basis. The Customer Service Returns Specialist will work onsite within the customer service department reporting to the Customer Service Manager. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: · Process all incoming returns on a daily basis · Answer return tickets and review RMA requests · Add non-new condition returns to the outlet · Assist with warranty claims · Other duties and special projects as assigned by management Qualifications: · Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office · Detail oriented with strength in multi-tasking · Strong product knowledge · Customer focused · Strong ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with customers and employees · Strong work ethic, self-motivating and able to work independently and in a team · Effective time management · Desire to uphold values and integrity of the company through sound ethical decisions
