Market 36 Recruitment are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team in Braintree. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong customer service or sales administration experience who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to build a career in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
  • Liaising with clients and candidates to arrange interviews and manage queries
  • Maintaining accurate records on our CRM system
  • Interviewing & registering candidates
  • Supporting the team with administration, compliance, and database management
  • Assisting in writing adverts and sourcing candidates via job boards and social media
  • Building relationships with customers and developing long-term contacts

Experience, Education & Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, sales support, or administration experience
  • Strong communication skills (phone and email)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident with databases/CRM systems
  • Positive, proactive, and eager to learn new skills
  • Team player with excellent attention to detail

Hours
Monday – Thursday, 9.00am – 5.00pm & Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm
Salary
£24,000 – £26,000 per annum (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities
