We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join our Customer Relations Centre
The role of Customer Service and Sales Advisor has two core functions, being:
1. Sales Advisor – be responsible for processing customer orders, handling sales enquires and maximising sales potential. You will also look to generate new sales through targeted proactive sales calls.
2. Customer Service Advisor – be fully responsible for handling queries from initial receipt through to successful resolution.
We are looking for someone to work predominantly on the Sales side of the Team who is comfortable with making sales led out bound calls to ‘warm’ customers.

As the first point of contact for our smaller customers it is vital that you understand how to take accountability and deliver excellent service while liaising with other areas of the business and our logistics supplier to resolve any challenges quickly. Your really would be ‘The Voice of Raja!’
We are looking for a great team player with excellent attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills who is able to communicate appropriately with customer and stakeholders alike.
It would be great if you have experience in communicating proactively over different channels. Our customers contact us in any way they chose which means you will deal with anything form incoming calls, to web chats and web orders through to email orders and enquiries.
