Responsibilities:

  • Taking customer calls and identify customer needs, matching them to suitable mobility products in order to book a demonstration for one of our Mobility Consultants.
  • Making calls to follow up on previous customer enquires.
  • Conduct and assist with general sales administration to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments.
  • Keeping up to date on product knowledge including finance and insurance offers.
  • Conduct follow up calls to ensure our customers are happy.
