EZ Living Furniture was founded in Galway in 1998. We are a family run Irish retailer operating nationwide, as well as a full online shopping experience offering delivery throughout Ireland. We are the largest independent Furniture Retailer in Ireland employing almost 400 people.
We are looking for an experienced customer facing sales agent comfortable driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that EZ Living Furniture customers are provided with a high quality telephone service at first point of contact, dealing effectively with requests, answering queries, taking responsibility for processing each issue/order through to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers through live chat, email, and telephone to ensure they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Capture all potential enquiries and convert them to confirmed sales, by maximising sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling and promotional offers.
  • Follow up with leads who have shown interest but did not complete the purchase through various channels.
  • Collect and report feedback to improve products, services and customer feedback.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues and provide follow-up support where necessary.
  • Process repair requests, service issues and any appropriate after sales follow up action and liaise with customers and stores accordingly.
  • Work closely with our team in supporting each other in all aspects of the job.
