We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Service & Sales Agent to join our fast-paced Call Centre team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with both inbound and outbound teams, assisting customers and driving sales while ensuring excellent service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a target-driven environment and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
Please note this role will include weekend working.

Responsibilities

Inbound:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide top-tier customer service.
  • Complete customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve case work, including complaints and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed product information to customers and assist with any questions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Outbound:

  • Reach out to a high volume of warm leads to convert them into scheduled appointments (no cold calling).
  • Engage with potential customers to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Generate accurate quotations for customers and follow up on potential leads.
  • Assist in retaining customers by discussing the benefits and value of our products, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
