SENIOR BOTTLE SHOP SALES ASSISTANT – LIQUIDHQ (CASUAL)

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable team member to join LiquidHQ, South Yarra’s home for serious drinks, playful service, and a premium feel—without the premium price tag.
This casual role suits someone with at least 3 years’ experience in retail or hospitality (bar/bottle shop), who is confident working solo, has solid product knowledge, and can close the store independently. It’s an ideal second job for someone who wants extra income in the evenings or weekends without committing to a full-time schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18+ and legally permitted to sell alcohol in Victoria.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (Victoria).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

  Pay: From $33.31 per hour
  Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week

Experience:

• Retail / Hospitality (bar/bottleshop): 3 years (Required)

• Greet customers and offer knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Operate the POS, process sales and loyalty points, verify ID, and manage returns.
• Manage the store independently during shifts, including evening close.
• Maintain stock levels, rotate displays, and keep the store clean and inviting.
