You will be the face of AICPA & CIMA by focusing on the needs of members, students, candidates, and prospects. Handle inquiries through inbound/outbound phone calls, email, chat, and social media channels, which contribute to customer satisfaction survey results and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) scores. You will report to a Global Engagement Centre (GEC) Manager. After a training period, this is a hybrid role so you must be within commuting distance of Durham, NC

The salary for this role is: $41,000 initially and will rise after successful completion of 6 months service.
