Responsibilities of the Customer Service Sales Associate:
- Deliver exceptional service and support through phone, email, messages, and personal communication
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive, personalized engagement
- Introduce customers to our full suite of premium products, and identify opportunities to offer upgrades where appropriate
- Assist with billing inquiries, payment processing, and tracking client payments
- Prepare purchase confirmations, summaries, and maintain detailed reports on service activities
- Document client interactions, feedback, and service notes accurately in internal systems
- Troubleshoot common issues and coordinate with other departments to resolve complex concern
- Monitor and restock inventory of office supplies as needed
Requirements for Customer Service Sales Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree in business, communications, or related field is an asset)
- 2–4 years of previous experience in customer service, sales, or front-facing roles such as hospitality, reception, or administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure
- Proficient in time management, follow-up, and problem-solving
- Must be comfortable working in person and commuting to our office daily
- Must be available full-time on weekdays (this is not a remote or hybrid position)
