Working as part of a friendly team, this role will include approximately:
60% handling inbound calls: advising customers/taking bookings/converting enquiries into sales.
20% outbound retention calls: calling existing customers and making bookings.
20% outbound new business calls: researching and calling prospect customers, selling the company offering.
This role is very consultative. It would suit someone who has worked within a customer service, account management, or sales role. Perhaps you have experience of working within an insurance, renewals, training, or regulated/accredited business. It is important that we find someone with a warm approach when speaking with customers, with empathy, and strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. The ideal candidate would also have the confidence and experience of making proactive outbound calls and developing new client sales opportunities.
