• Handle incoming leads & calls with warmth and confidence
• Help customers schedule services and answer questions
• Keep our cleaning techs booked and supported
• Coordinate schedules and routes for efficiency
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Track performance metrics and share insights with management
• Contribute ideas to improve our customer journey
• Help manage inquiries on Google, Facebook, Instagram & email
