CUSTOMER SERVICE, SALES & PROMOTIONS – PART-TIME (MELBOURNE)

Pippa’s Kitchen is looking for a proactive and people-focused team member to support our growing community of customers. In this role, you’ll assist clients of all kinds — from regular weekly meal customers to Home Care Package (HCP) and NDIS participants — making sure everyone has a smooth and positive ordering experience.
Alongside client support, you’ll also help grow the business by reaching out to community groups, aged care organisations, and independent retailers to promote our meals and explore wholesale opportunities.

• Support customers with onboarding, ordering, and enquiries.
• Assist HCP and NDIS clients with tailored service needs.
• Build relationships with community groups and retail partners.
• Promote Pippa’s Kitchen through outreach and presentations.
