OVERVIEW

Seeking an enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team!
You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to be flexible, analyze customer needs, and upsell products.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • * MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH ARABIC OR CHINESE ia an asset
  • 2 -3 years in Customer service
  • 2-3 years in Sales (preferably in Canada)
  • Technologically proficient (familiar with MS Office)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English- written and verbal

    Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
