JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support while promoting our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in driving sales and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a full time W2 role only, we ask for one weekend day of availability.

SKILLS

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and analysis.
  • Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
