We are seeking a proactive and bilingual Customer Service & Sales Specialist who is fluent in both English and Mandarin. In this role, you will not only support families with scheduling and communication but also play an important role in course consultation and enrollment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal fluency required).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Great analytical and math skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with accuracy in data and reporting.
  • Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience (3+ years preferred), ideally in an educational setting.

Responsibilities
