Job Details Job Location: Monsieur Touton - NY - New York, NY 10001 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00 Salary Job Summary: Monsieur Touton Selection Ltd. is currently seeking a Customer Service/Samples Associate to join our team. The Customer Service/Samples Associate will be responsible for processing orders, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Communicate daily with sales representatives, brand managers, state sales managers, and vendors (email, phone, and in-person) Review, verify, and resolve pending orders, update sales representatives on pending items Address product and customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up ensuring resolution Post all invoices and samples Assist in managing inventory in the office, warehouse, and system Coordinate product delivery such as, but not limited to packing and shipping Coordinate samples such as, but not limited to processing, shipping, transferring and returning orders Verify and address incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner Process incoming orders (calls, fax, email) Process returns (Pick up) Communicate with warehouse regarding ETA’s and any delivery issues to ensure smooth delivery to customers Confirm product availability on a need basis Meet deadlines in accordance with warehouse order submissions Interact with warehouse daily to ensure the transfer of orders is submitted correctly and efficiently Communicate with credit department regarding orders being held Recommend potential products or services to sales & management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs Coordinate incoming orders after monthly sales meetings Run daily morning reports Perform other duties as assigned Physical Requirements: Prolong sitting at an office desk. Qualifications Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalency required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or similar role. Experience in warehouse or inventory. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, and responding to high volume of phone calls and emails. Strong time management skills. Wine knowledge is a plus.
