Responsibilities
Ensuring efficient and effective daily scheduling and oversee dispatching of deliveries to meet customer service requirements.
Working with other schedulers, plant teams and drivers to ensure the right load into the right truck to the right job to keep informed of the plan.
Providing constant feedback to the CSO’s to ensure proper order placement & information to maximize truck utilization and lowest cost of cartage.
Liaising with plant staff, Account Managers & Site Coordinators to ensure best possible customer service and ensure individual customer requirements are achieved
