CUSTOMER SERVICE/ SCHEDULER

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring efficient and effective daily scheduling and oversee dispatching of deliveries to meet customer service requirements.
  • Working with other schedulers, plant teams and drivers to ensure the right load into the right truck to the right job to keep informed of the plan.
  • Providing constant feedback to the CSO’s to ensure proper order placement & information to maximize truck utilization and lowest cost of cartage.
  • Liaising with plant staff, Account Managers & Site Coordinators to ensure best possible customer service and ensure individual customer requirements are achieved
