JOB DESCRIPTION

As our Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll manage incoming calls, book appointments, organize technician schedules, and communicate with customers before, during, and after their service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior customer service or scheduling/dispatch experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort using scheduling software or learning new systems
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Friendly and professional phone manner
