Description
 Coordinate daily with other senior officers to optimize on goods daily shipments.  Receive, review and approve all credit notes, and specify reasons for returns.  Receive and review the invoices singed by customer and pass to the archive  Foster the learning and development of team members thru specific career development plan, trainings; evaluate their performance thru motivational and challenging incentive schemes.  Coordinate with CLD to order the needed vehicles for delivery and arrange the related documents before dispatching the order to the market (Gate pass, Way bill, invoice, Customer PO)  Release Backorder and notify CSD Manager / Unit head for the related shortages
Responsibilities
