Ensuring guests are greeted when they enter the store and providing directions or information to customers to ensure they find the products they are looking for Ultimately, you will greet visitors, direct them to products they need Contact customers prior to visit to confirm booking and vehicle information Ensure a high standard of personal and dealership presentation in all customer facing areas at all times Communicate clearly, regularly and unambiguously with customers and other members of the workshop staff Maintain close dialogue with other departmental staff with whom there is interaction Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available by professional presentation and demonstration.
