Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and social media channels. Assist customers with inquiries regarding product information, order status, and returns. Create and curate compelling content for our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond proactively to comments and messages. Analyze social media metrics and customer feedback to improve service and marketing strategies. Work together with the marketing team to efficiently promote new campaigns. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the health and wellness industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with hands-on experience in managing business accounts. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
