ABOUT US

We are a fast-growing online retail company specialising in socks and accessories, selling across Amazon, eBay, and other eCommerce platforms. We’re looking for a customer-focused service representative with office admin skills and good computer knowledge to join our team.

THE ROLE

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — answering queries, providing product and service information, and resolving issues quickly and professionally. This is a varied role with real career potential.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Respond to customer queries via email and phone
• Resolve issues, process refunds, and handle complaints effectively
• Support orders on Amazon, eBay, and other platforms
• Use PayPal and other online payment systems for refunds/collections
• Work with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and internet-based tools
