Customer Service Specialist Needham Heights, MA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM This is an in-person position $27.00–$31.00/hour (based on experience) Love solving problems and keeping things moving? We’re hiring a Customer Service Specialist with energy, organization, and a “get it done” attitude. You’ll be the voice our customers hear and the behind-the-scenes hero managing service calls, schedules, and updates, keeping everything running smoothly. We’ll appreciate you for it!
