We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to strengthen our Customer Care team in Athens Greece. This role is key to ensuring smooth order processing and excellent customer experience. What you’ll do: Manage incoming customer orders and monitor the production process. Track shipments until delivery, keeping customers informed throughout. Support the Sales team and respond to customer inquiries professionally. What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). Excellent English and French communication skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems. Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills.
