The initial training for the role will be conducted in the Melbourne office, whereby you will be required to work in the Melbourne office full time for two weeks. After this is completed, you will be able to work in a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. About the role Based in our Melbourne office with a variety of shift options between 8am to 8pm (AEST) from Monday to Friday. Optional flexibility to work on Saturday & Sunday between 8am to 5 pm (AEST) Key customer facing role whereby you are taking customers incoming calls High pressure environment which requires excellent multi-tasking skills Working two days in the Melbourne office is a minimum requirement.
