Responsibilities: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with customer service software and CRM tools.
