Responsibilities: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Provide detailed product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and follow up on complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
