Customer Service Specialist – B2B Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Mount Waverley | Hybrid Working Available Are you a proactive and detail-oriented customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced, B2B environment? We’re seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team, supporting national contract customers through exceptional service and high-quality medical administration. This full-time, Monday-to-Friday role is based in Mount Waverley, offering free onsite parking and hybrid working arrangements once training is complete. About the Role You’ll play a critical role supporting our I-MED National Contract customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. The role requires a strong focus on accuracy, communication, and confidentiality within a structured, high-volume environment. Training: * Full-time, office-based training in Mount Waverley to ensure you are fully supported and set up for success * Hybrid work arrangements available following successful completion of training and onboarding Key Responsibilities * Perform general medical administration tasks with accuracy and efficiency * Book, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments for I-MED National Contract customers * Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient information within internal systems * Professionally handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails * Process referrals and ensure all required documentation is complete prior to appointments * Assess, prioritise, and triage incoming calls, emails, and referrals, allocating requests to the appropriate internal teams for prompt follow-up * Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with privacy and data protection regulations About You * Previous experience in customer service, administration, or contact centre environments (B2B and/or medical experience highly regarded) * Confident, professional communication skills with a strong customer-first approach * High level of attention to detail and data accuracy * Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting * Comfortable working with multiple systems and appointment booking platforms * A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude What’s on Offer * Full-time, permanent position * Monday to Friday work schedule – no weekends * Initial full-time, onsite training in Mount Waverley * Hybrid working arrangements available post-training * Free onsite car parking * Supportive team environment with structured onboarding If you’re looking for a stable role that combines customer service, administration, and flexibility once trained, we’d love to hear from you.
