We’re seeking part-time Customer Service Specialists who share our vision and want to join the BodyMods crew! As a Crew member, you’ll play a key role by delivering outstanding customer service, gaining in-depth knowledge of our high-quality products, and supporting our mission to elevate the industry through acceptance, education, and style.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Customer Service - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills, and maintaining a friendly, positive attitude to ensure every customer feels valued.
Product Knowledge - Stay informed about our products and materials to offer knowledgeable recommendations to customers and ensure they receive expert advice.
Store Maintenance - Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and service areas. Assist with restocking products and keeping displays visually appealing.
Inventory Support - Assist with checking inventory levels and alerting management when stock is low.
