POSITION SUMMARY
Devon Transport Ltd. operates a central customer service line that takes calls for all locations in BC. The staff at this location are responsible for helping customers with many different needs from making reservations, answering general questions, handling customer service disruptions, quoting rates, making storage reservations and show customers why Budget is the best choice for their rental needs all while upholding Devon Transport Ltd.’s high standards of service. This is a fixed-term contract from April to September 30 with an option to extend for the right candidate.
