Drafting and preparing contracts, whether system-generated, manual, or customized addendums, as required by management, in addition to following up on renewals or amendments of existing contracts upon client requests. Preparing pricing and quotations for company facilities including buildings, warehouses, and special services such as handling, packing, and segregation, as well as other additional services. Generating and refining reports from the system to extract required data such as major clients, key accounts, or statistical reports as directed by management. Organizing client meetings and scheduling appointments with company management in coordination with relevant departments such as Operations, Customs, and Commercial. Preparing and reviewing pricing, tariffs, and quotations to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. Monitoring market trends and providing insights to the commercial team to support business growth. Assisting the Commercial Director in executing tasks and initiatives related to the company’s commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities Data Gathering & Analysis: Collect and analyze commercial data to support decision-making and strategy development. Prepare and review pricing, tariffs, and quotations to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. Monitor market trends and provide insights to the commercial team to enhance business opportunities. Client And Internal Communication Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of inquiries. Facilitate communication between the commercial department and other teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and smooth workflow. Communicate commercial insights and updates to relevant stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and on the same page. Support For Commercial Director Assist the Commercial Director in executing various tasks and initiatives related to the commercial strategy. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support commercial activities and decision-making. Coordinate with team members to ensure that deadlines are met and projects are progressing smoothly. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client inquiries within agreed timelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date commercial data and documentation. Achieve high levels of internal and external stakeholder satisfaction with communication and support. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience in a commercial or communications role, preferably within logistics or bonded zone services. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
