We currently have a position available on a 12-month secondment within our Business Banking Operations team. Our Team At CommBank, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence for our customers across Australia. Within Business Banking Operations (BBO), we support a broad range of business banking products and services that help customers manage their day-to-day banking needs with confidence. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This opportunity sits within Business Banking Operations and may support one of our specialist teams across Bank Guarantee Maintenance, Corporate Cards (Business and Credit Card Maintenance), or Client Maintenance. These teams are dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative, supporting customers nationally across CommBank and Bankwest. They play an important role in delivering seamless service, strong customer outcomes and operational support across a wide range of products and services. What you will do In this role, you will provide high-quality service and operational support across a range of business banking products and services. You’ll work as part of a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer requests are managed accurately, efficiently and in line with internal processes and controls.
