In this role you are responsible for ensuring that sales data and ordering expectations of Stanley Black & Decker’s customers are met. This role will be dealing directly with internal and external stakeholders with an overall focus on customer service excellence and order accuracy. In this role, you will get to: Deal directly with technical and general enquiries via telephone, electronically or face to face if required Keep precise records of discussions and correspondence Offer written information to dealers and customers, analysing situations to resolve their enquiries Process compensation and refunds The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
