We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our Customer Service Department based out of our Brampton office.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College diploma or university degree.
  • Previous logistics and customer service experience is an asset.
  • Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully.
  • Strong time-management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, track and trace all shipping and handling requests with customers and suppliers in support of a customer specialized project.
  • Manage customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure customer commitments are met, working with internal teams and executing operational tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate and provide assistance to Customer Service Manager in delivering optimal transportation service solutions.
  • Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners and vendors.
  • Provide Customers with timely updates of all shipments.
  • Assign shipments to internal business units.
  • Report weekly KPIs top Clients and Supervisor.
  • Coordinate prospect, sales and current customer meetings working closely with VP of Sales/CS.
  • Develop relationship with Clients to Expand business.
