Job Details Job Location: South Office - Chicago, IL 60616 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly Qualifications/Experience High school diploma or GED required. An Associate’s Degree or 1-2 years of college business • Must possess 3-5 years of client service experience. • Experience working in a high-volume call and production environment with high performance guidelines and stringent deadline • Must have experience in utilizing client information databases (i.e. Yardi, Salesforce, SharePoint, electronic document management systems etc.) • Knowledge of public sector housing authority programs and systems is a plus. • Bi-lingual is a plus.
