Description
Own the Prospect-to-Order and Order-to-Cash (PTO-OTC) Processes and partner with Sales team on the customer relationship. Manage sales order in-take, support sales and marketing team to complete PTO (prospect to order) & OTC (order to cash) processes Maintain surveillance of call-offs against contracts, delivery lead-times, pricing,item proposals and informs account management and customers accordingly.Check and monitor credit limits in close collaboration with the account management and Finance. Surveillance of return orders within the customer complaint process, replacement of goods, and all documentation/certificates related to the orders, i.e. orders confirmation, invoices, credit notes.Handle customer complaints on responsible product lines, maintain CCR (Customer Complaint Report) system according to global requirements,and review CCR results on regular basis,remain goods relationships with customers on behalf of sales and marketing team if required Serve as a link for the customer to the relevant -internal stakeholders for additional (non-standard) request - accountability with the relevant stakeholders. Proficient usage of excel,word,ppt and knowledge of SAP preferred
