Position Summary: Provides customer service by managing the order process from the point of entry through delivery. Maintains outstanding customer satisfaction for all assigned customers. Processes all sales orders for customers with accuracy and in a timely manner. Improves sales performance by handling order-related projects as well as by analyzing order trends, liaising between different departments and customers, and managing projects as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school Diploma or G.E.D; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, preferably Office 365. Experience with SAP R/3 a plus.
