CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST – DUBLIN
Work Location: No. 2 Dublin Landings, 2 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, D01 V4A3 (On-site, Full-time)
Shifts: Monday – Sunday, between 10:00 am – 8:00 pm, any 5 days per week on a rota basis. 9-hour shift including 1-hour break.
Training: Full 4-week training program provided.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
ROLE SUMMARY / PURPOSE
As a Customer Service Specialist, your main role is to process client requests submitted by telephone, email, or other channels. You will be the first point of contact for clients with queries, resolving issues quickly and efficiently or escalating them when required.
