POSITION SUMMARY

The primary duty of a Customer Service Representative is to promote the company’s products and/or services through excellent customer service. They welcome customers, guide them through the products, answer questions and make sure guests have a pleasant experience. Some common responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative include the following:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Valid authorization to work in the U.S
  • Reliable transportation
    Preferred:
    1-2 years of sales experience
    Quickbooks knowledge
    Construction; flooring experience
    Knowledge of PandaDoc

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Stand for hours at a time
  • Lift, pick up at least 20 lbs
  • Sit down for hours at a time
