DESCRIPTION At our Fremont, CA Facility, we are looking for a motivated Customer Support/Service Representative to work directly with our customers and departments to efficiently process orders. Key duties will be to complete order sheets and distribute; maintain customer files; coordinate with departments regarding order status, ship dates, prices, and product availability; and handle RMA/RGA processing. Responsibilities

The Customer Service Specialist will process orders, maintain customer files, and coordinate with internal departments regarding order status and shipping. They are also responsible for generating quotations and handling Return Material Authorizations (RMA/RGA).
