Ferring+You Carry out the order to invoice process, including maintenance of accurate shipment dates, providing the right credit notes, payment terms, etc. Your day at Ferring Oversee and manage the completion of lifecycle orders: Study review (stock availability, coming orders, In market Sales, stock inventory report) Placing orders with distributors based on the study review results Communicate the official order with Amman office Follow up with customer service regarding any unmatching data or deviation Review DF on monthly basis, making sure to align the forecast with the open orders (Private & Tender) and approved budget. Handle all issues related to shipping procedure with distributor (Invoices, CoA, COO, packing list, AWB, …etc.) to get authority approval and airlines green light Active participation in tender business with all needed elements. Responsibilities
